Actress, singer, and dancer born in Recife, Natascha Falcão was nominated for the 2023 Latin Grammy in the coveted "Best New Artist" category, being the only Brazilian artist nominated that year. Rising in prominence in Brazil, she immediately captivated the Latin Recording Academy with her powerful performance style. In her original works, such as the album “Ave Mulher” and the recent EP “Universo de Paixão”, she blends with elegance and joy the rhythms she grew up with — such as coco, ciranda, maracatu, and frevo — along with influences from Mangue Beat, the cultural movement that emerged in Pernambuco in the 1990s. On television, she stood out in the telenovela “No Rancho Fundo” (2024) on Rede Globo, playing the character Lola, with whom she also sang on screen and shared the opening theme with Elba Ramalho. Her participation in the MIMO Festival marks her debut on major stages in Portugal, at a time when she is beginning to expand her international presence — revealing an artist deeply connected to her roots and full of charisma.
